Do unhelpful messages about sex you heard in your childhood continue to affect you today? Are you holding things back with a partner, or wishing you knew what you wanted in bed? Sex therapy is a safe and affirming space to work through these questions.

Sex therapy

what sex therapy looks like

Sex therapy starts with us reviewing your sexual history and your current sexual challenges and treatment goals. Once we know where you want to go, I can work with you individually, or with any partner(s) you want to involve. Through our conversations about your sex life and your engagement in exercises at home on your own or with your partner, we can address issues such as finding sex uncomfortable or painful, feeling less sexual desire than you’d like, anxiety about asking for what you want or being able to please your partner(s), or moving through traumatic sexual experiences from your past.

I am extremely grateful to have been raised by open, nonjudgmental, and sex-positive parents, and I aim to provide clients with the same experience in therapy. I celebrate the full range of sexual experiences and desires and use evidence-based therapy techniques to help clients access their deepest sexual selves and have the most fulfilling sexual experiences possible.
